This Sundström SR 700 / SR 520 Powered Air Starter
Pack is a lightweight, ultra-portable respiratory solution designed
for workers who require high-level particle protection without the weight or
restriction of a full-face mask. By combining the compact SR 700 Fan
Unit with the short-style SR 520 Hood, this kit offers an
ideal balance of safety, visibility, and "cool-air" comfort.
The SR 520 "Short Hood" Advantage:
Unlike the longer SR 530 hood, the SR 520 features
a shorter design that provides excellent respiratory protection while allowing
for maximum freedom of movement around the shoulders and neck. It is
particularly popular in laboratories, food processing, and light industrial
assembly where a full neck-and-shoulder drape isn't required.
